Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the Card Slay website and the game Card Slay, both made by Vibe Apps LLC. By using the website or playing the game you agree to them. If you get the game through a store such as Steam or the App Store, that store's own terms also apply to your purchase and, where they conflict, the store's terms take priority for store matters.

The website

The website and everything on it (text, artwork, videos, the game itself and its name) belong to Vibe Apps LLC unless noted otherwise. You are welcome to browse, link to and share the pages. Do not scrape the site for AI training datasets, republish its content wholesale, or present its content as your own.

Your license to the game

When you buy or otherwise lawfully obtain Card Slay, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play it. The game is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, resell, rent out or redistribute the game, remove notices from it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Fan content, videos and streaming

We like fan content. You may stream Card Slay, make videos of it, and monetize those videos and streams through the usual channels (platform ads, subscriptions, donations). You may make and share fan art. What we ask:

• Do not present fan content as official, and do not use it to spread hateful or unlawful material.
• Do not sell merchandise using the game's artwork or assets without asking us first.
• Do not rip the game's assets (art, music, text) for redistribution outside of fan content as described above.

Test versions

Playtest and beta builds are provided for testing, on an as-is basis. They may break, wipe saves, change balance or disappear entirely. Access to a test build is personal and may be withdrawn at any time; please do not share test credentials.

Disclaimers

The website and the game are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website or the game will be uninterrupted or error free (though we genuinely try). To the extent permitted by law, Vibe Apps LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.

Third-party links

The website links to third-party sites such as Steam. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date and version number. Continuing to use the website or the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
